Описание: Under the conditions of full-scale military actions in Ukraine, the interaction between the military and agricultural sectors has become critically important for ensuring the country’s economic, food, and national security. The functioning of the agricultural sector directly affects the resilience of food supply chains, while military logistics determines the ability of the defense forces to maintain continuity of operations. In the context of systemic risks, infrastructure destruction, disruption of transport routes, and resource shortages, the integration of these two logistics systems becomes a key prerequisite for economic stability and the effectiveness of defense processes. In the context of intensifying market competition, rising consumer expectations, and the growing importance of product quality and differentiation, the role of product policy in managing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises has significantly increased. Effective product policy enables companies to adapt to market fluctuations, develop attractive product offerings, and ensure stable demand in both domestic and international markets. Purpose of the Research. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of product policy on the competitiveness of agricultural products and to evaluate how the formation of an optimal product assortment, quality improvement measures, and branding strategies contribute to strengthening the market positions of modern agricultural enterprises. Special attention is given to assessing the effectiveness of product policy tools implemented by LLC “VESNA AGRO.” The research applies methods of analysis and synthesis to generalize scientific approaches to the formation of product policy in agriculture. Statistical and comparative analyses are used to evaluate changes in production results, product assortment structure, and financial indicators of LLC “VESNA AGRO” for the period 2022–2024. Аннотация: В останні роки кількість випадків виявлення пухлин серця у собак різко зростає. Така динаміка може вказувати на збільшення популяції собак в світі, зростанням числа застосування різноманітних візуальних методів діагностики, таких як, ехокардіографія, комп'ютерна та магнітно-резонансна томографія. За нашими дослідженнями більшість випадків виявлення новоутворень серця є випадковим, особливо коли проводиться рутинна ехокардіографія з доплерографією, в таких випадках тварини є безсимптомними. Інші тварини потрапляють до ветеринарного центру переважно з гострими ознаками серцевої недостатності, втратою свідомості, різкого зниження активності, вираженою раптової задишкою в стані спокою або кашлем, також спостерігається посиніння та блідість видимих слизових оболонок. Всі ці клінічні ознаки у собак можуть бути внаслідок розвитку тампонади серця (крововилив) або появою загрозливих для життя аритмій, що потребує негайних екстрених заходів, таких як екстрений перикардіоцентез та введення антиаритмічних препаратів під контролем електрокардіографії. Діагностичний підхід до таких пацієнтів включає в себе клінічний огляд спеціаліста ветеринарної медицини, застосування додаткових інструментальних та лабораторних методів дослідження. Описание: In recent years, the number of cases of heart tumors in dogs has increased dramatically. This trend may indicate an increase in the dog population worldwide, as well as the increasing use of various imaging methods for diagnosis, such as echocardiography, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging. According to our studies, most cases of detection of cardiac neoplasms are accidental, especially when routine echocardiography with Dopplerography is performed, in such cases the animals are asymptomatic. Other animals arrive at the veterinary center mainly with acute signs of heart failure, loss of consciousness, a sharp decrease in activity, pronounced sudden shortness of breath at rest or cough, and blueness and pallor of visible mucous membranes are also observed. All these clinical signs in dogs may be due to the development of cardiac tamponade (hemorrhage) or the appearance of life-threatening arrhythmias, which requires immediate emergency measures, such as emergency pericardiocentesis and the administration of antiarrhythmic drugs. The diagnostic approach to such patients includes a clinical examination by a veterinary medicine specialist, the use of additional instrumental and laboratory methods of research.
