Зазначено, що Конституційний Суд України відіграє особливо важливу роль у процесі функціонування державного механізму захисту прав людини і громадянина. Результатом його діяльності є не лише фактичний захист чи поновлення прав людини і громадянина, але й загальний конституційний контроль за належним дотриманням конституційно встановлених прав людини і громадянина органами державної влади. Проаналізовано значення та можливість застосування в Україні конституційної скарги як елемента механізму захисту прав людини і громадянина. Описание: The article deals with the problems of functioning of the state mechanism of protection of human rights and citizens at the present stage of development of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Attention is paid to approaches to understanding the mechanism of protection of human and citizen’s rights with the help of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and analysis of the existing legislation on this issue. It is noted that the Constitutional Court of Ukraine plays a particularly important role in the functioning of the state mechanism for the protection of human rights and citizens. The result of its activities is not only the actual protection or restoration of human and citizen rights, but also the overall constitutional control over the proper observance of constitutionally established human and citizen rights by public authorities. The significance and possibility of applying the constitutional complaint in Ukraine as an element of the mechanism of protection of human rights and the citizen are analyzed. Визначено основні функціональні аспекти діяльності Конституційного Суду України та їх відображення в його діяльності як єдиного органу конституційної юрисдикції в Україні. Встановлено, що Конституційний Суд України відіграє особливо важливу роль у процесі взаємодії різних гілок влади та окремих вищих органів державної влади. Практичний досвід діяльності Конституційного Суду України підтверджує тезу про обґрунтованість твердження, яке вказує на особливий статус та важливість органу конституційної юрисдикції для забезпечення конституційного ладу та збалансованості механізму стримувань і противаг. Описание: The article investigates the issue of practical reflection of the influence of the body of constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine on the functioning of the state mechanism of power. The main functional aspects of the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and their reflection in its activity as the only body of constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine are determined. It is established that the Constitutional Court of Ukraine plays a particularly important role in the process of interaction between different branches of government and certain higher state authorities. The practical experience of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine confirms the thesis that the statement that indicates the special status and importance of the body of constitutional jurisdiction to ensure the constitutional order and balance of the mechanism of checks and balances is justified. Значна увага приділена питанням диверсифікації виробництва, конкурентоспроможності на міжнародних ринках і ролі державної підтримки. Описание: The purpose of the article is to study the negative and positive aspects of globalization that affect the functioning of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. Conclusions. Globalization creates significant challenges for the Ukrainian agrarian sector, in particular, dependence on international markets, the need to comply with international standards and adaptation to climate change. At the same time, globalization opens up new opportunities, such as expanding export potential, technological modernization and development of logistics infrastructure.
